AlmaLinux OS Foundation Election - 2023

Three seats on the AlmaLinux OS Foundation board are open for election. Community members can nominate candidates or vote. Membership applications must be submitted soon to participate in the vote.

AlmaLinux for Data Science, Containers, and ARM

The College of Letters and Science at the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB) uses AlmaLinux in day-to-day operations, including as the build infrastructure behind data science environments serving hundreds to thousands of students per term.

FIPS Validation for AlmaLinux OS

AlmaLinux 9.2 has achieved FIPS compliance, thanks to CloudLinux. FIPS 140-3 will be valid for anyone using AlmaLinux OS 9.2 for as long as it is supported.
